Passport should be valid for minimum 6 months from return travel date.
Foreign Passport holders should have lived in Australia for minimum 2 years and should hold a machine readable passport & not a hand written one
Permanent Residents of Australia should be residing in Australia for minimum 2 years.

Completed Embassy of Saudi Arabia visa application form.

Complete the form neatly and correctly without making a mistake. Regulations by the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia states that any application form that has correction marks on it will be returned without being processed. All names must be shown as they appear in the passport.
Provide four (4) passport size photos. Women must be in Hijab.

Copy of Marriage Certificate or any Certificate identifying the relationship for women. Must be duly certified by a Police officer.
Copy of Birth Certificates for mahram/brothers/sisters travelling ito identify the relationship by parent's names. Must be duly certified by a Police officer.
Copy of Birth Certificate as proof of age must accompany all children’s applications below 18 years old and must be duly certified by a Police officer.

Births, Deaths & Marriages Site

Certificate from a doctor stating that pilgrim is in good health, free from contagious disease, fit to travel.
Must have valid immunisation for MENINGITIS & INFLUENZA.
